This is an inclusive study welcoming participants of all genders and races. You must be 13 years or older to join. However, if you are between 13 and 17 years old, a parent or guardian must accompany you for participation.

  • Not everyone who fills out this form gets chosen for the study. Only those who meet the research criteria, which are based on experience and data requirements from the company supporting the study, will finish the screening process and move on to the next part of the application. This screening helps us determine if you qualify for the technology study.
  • Please note that vour name and age must match the information on vour ID, driver's license, or passport.
  • Nicknames or abbreviated names will not be accepted. Individuals lacking proper identification or presenting a name that doesn't match their ID will be denied entry to the study site.
  • If you have previously participated in a study, you are eligible to apply for the current study, provided you meet the qualifications.
  • New applicants are also encouraged to apply.
  • Only participants with confirmed bookings will be granted access to the study sites.
  • Please be aware that spots are limited, and availability is not guaranteed.

  • I confirm that I have NOT recently had neck injury, or suffer from arthritis, neck stiffness, or any other condition that causes discomfort when rotating my head.
  • If I wear prescription glasses, I will bring them to the user testing

  • I understand that if I have special headwear, e.g. a hijab, we at TechResearchStudies are happy for you to wear it during the study
  • I confirm I am not under the age of 13
  • I understand that filling in my information does not make me automatically eligible for this study

  • I confirm I do not have any monocular pathological conditions, such as ocular-motoric and cornea pathologies.

Covid-19 Precautions

  • I confirm that I have not travelled outside of the country in the 14 days prior to the study (and leading through study completion).
  • I confirm that I do not have flu-like symptoms like fever, cough, shortness of breath, diarrhea, sore throat, runny nose, or trouble breathing in the past 14 days (and leading through study completion).
  • I confirm that I do not have housemates with flu-like symptoms, like fever, cough, shortness of breath, diarrhea, sore throat, runny nose, or trouble breathing in the past 14 days (and leading through study completion).
  • I confirm that I have not had contact (being within six or more feet) with someone being evaluated or confirmed positive for COVID-19.
